I am a disciplinarian, I make sure my students understands my teachings. I see the best in kids no matter how week they think they are academically. Teaching makes me learn a lot also, it helps me understand kids and their different levels of understanding or assimilation. I am willing to help any kid (schooling or not) academically or intellectually. I could be seen as a mentor or a lifestyle coach, because I don't only educate students (anybody) academically, but morally too. I could be fun to be with always to ease off tension while teaching and learning.
I see education as one of the basic instruments a everyone needs. Education doesn't end in a school building. It's more like a continuous way of life. One can't do without being educated in anyway. Sometimes, seeing kids on the street not being able to go to school, wants to make me take them in to be a guide to.
Like I wrote earlier, educating others helps me, it brings out good qualities in me and defines me as a good teacher.
I just love teaching that's all, because I enjoy it when I have students with great testimonies.
