Ankit has a consultative selling style. He is curious to uncover ‘what’ the client truly wants to meet their requirements.

He speak with Senior Individuals, Decision Makers in major consulting firms who are looking at adding top talent to their teams. They often confide about projects or developments and their need to acquire top talent. In turn, He share backgrounds of individuals who relate to similar work in their respective fields and hence create/ generate an interest among key decision makers. He advise them on what top talent is doing today and how he can introduce and provide them with exceptional people with niche skills which are hard to find.

He also interact with candidates to understand their career aspirations minutely and create opportunities for them after discussing their skills and achievements with similar organisations.

Outside of work, He is good in Hindi poem writing.
