As teacher is like a candle, that burns and gives light to others. I also wanted to spread my knowledge to others. Firstly, I understand the nature of students, and make them comfortable with me so that they feel free to ask any query. I believed that students should be comfortable with there teachers so that they won't hesitate to ask any question that is bothering them. Now, talking about methodology of teaching its simple don't move forward until students know what the concept is. Once the pupil got the concept the results would automatically be excellent. It's give and take method not just teacher but also students also have focus on their studies.
