I am a very experienced Economics and Finance trainee to students who have difficulty and bad attitude towards this fields.I have a proven record of helping students improve on there subjects performance in the same.
I do this by breaking technical and complex concept into simple concept that can easily be understood,related and recalled by students.I have a good psychological knowledge and am able to figure out the needs of the learners and find suitable approach for teaching them.I explore problems based teaching and learning approach, research based learning and learning oriented learning.These styles I have used over a period of time and have proved to work well with most of the learners since it's breaks boredom in learning and enhance memory and content retention.
I can conclude that am an excellent teacher and tutor because I do not only focus on learners understanding the concept but also retaining it and being able to relate it to real life situation and helping them in there carriers and after school life
