Hi,
This is Srinivas, I am mentoring chemistry for JEE, and NEET aspirants. I teaching plan as follows.
First I will focus on the concept learning from basics to objective level then the next step is solve multiple choice questions and previous year questions related to the same concept (will take special attention on numerical problems). In this way student will understand the subject and will learn how to apply it to solve questions.
