The primary responsibilities of a tutor is to support students (tutees) to become more independent learners, persist in college, and reach their goals. I will make sure that I am helping and involving myself in all the activities that the student want my guidance in and also make sure that I will make the conversations or classes very much involving and make it more entertaining. I will execute the lesson plan, listening to students' ideas, managing participation in discussion, monitoring students' progress, and making adjustments based on observations. I hope these things help the students.
