Am a result oriented person and my teaching style and methodology varies from one learner to another.
I Value the following methodologies in my teaching career ; student centered inquiry approach, Personalized and active learning, prior to that i also treasure experimental learning and summative assessment of my learners.
Time management is core my side,i also communicate with ease,organized and i always plan my lessons in advance.
I have reasonable degree of patience and adaptable as well .I also treasure student engagement at all time with high capacity of creativity to reach my learners satisfaction.
I also ask for feed backs from my learners as i also take time to provide developmental feed backs to my learners where necessary with empathy and consideration.
