I am a medical professionalist and try to deliver my knowledge to every student according to his /her mental ability.Because every student couldn't pick things fastly.so he/she is treated differentially. I teach student like a small baby who tries to learn. That's the best way to teach the students and this is my strength.I have not put burden upon the student and teach in a very cool calm and polite mood.So that the learner couldn't be affraid to ask questions.If he/she can't ask questions,they didn't understand what the are studying .
