I do believe that every student have a different approach on how they will answer the problem, with that I always assess my teaching style if what teaching style that would fit them. What makes me a great teacher is that I don’t give up on my students with low ability. I also challenge my students with high ability to answer worksheets beyond their grade level. As teacher for almost 7 years, I can say that I help my students develop their full potential. My students have develop strong foundation in their lessons before they proceed to the other topic.
