Student-centric teaching is very helpful for the beginners as well as for the students of all grades in striking the right balnace and maintaining authority among students in online classes. I am a fair minded teacher so I always try to evoke positive skills of my students and help them to be creative in writing. It instills confidence in them. Teaching is actually a combo of three basic things: subject mastery+pedagogical expertise+assessment proficiency. So as a teacher I mainly focus on this scheme to help the students improve their skills as well as grades in class.
