I need to understand my students, make lessons fun and interactive, and be ready to change things up if needed. I get to know each student and how they learn best. I keep lessons interesting with activities and discussions. I use technology to help, and I give feedback to help students improve. I keep learning myself, and most importantly, I'm kind and caring to my students. As a psychologist, I help students with their studies by understanding how each student learns best and what they're good at. I give them tips on how to study better, manage their time, and stay organized. If a student is feeling stressed or down, I talk to them and help them feel better. I also work with teachers to come up with ways to help students do well in school while feeling good about themselves. And I teach students ways to relax and deal with pressure. Overall, I'm there to support students, so they can do their best in school and feel good about themselves.
