I have more or less 8 years of teaching experience. Through my teaching journey, I think I am able to achieve student's confidence on me. I found students often get afraid of the problem they face during their study. And they can't share that with their teacher. My strategy is to encourage my students to face the problem, think way more analytically and solve it. As a result they get confidence to face any challenges. And the most important part is, I am as free with my students as a friend also maintain a student-teacher relationship. So, they find interest learning with me.
