I am a Special educator for continuous 20 years now. For me each child is a package of potential only thing we need is to tap the right string to let the best potential out in each child. I try to understand the learning style of each child which makes the learning better.
I use different methodologies depending on the learning style of the child. For a visual learner child I use more of visual aid and so on.
Goals that I formulate are result oriented and in the journey of achieving the goals if the child is having difficulty in understanding I change my strategy to help the child understand.
