I prefer having engaging classes to ensure the learner is keen and is able to follow each and every step given. Where the learner does not understand it is easier to spot while engaging them. I also give the learner an opportunity to ask questions for clarification of what is not understood. Being friendly to the learner makes me a great teacher for the fear of the teacher by the learner is minimized and thus by being approachable the learner feels comfortable to interact with me. With a condusive environment the results get to be the very best.
