I do research before teaching on that day subject.
I do normally apply demonstrator as well as facilitator kind of style when teaching online. I do this by demonstrating the work to students through drawing graphs and diagrams which allows students to get main points and understand more clearly. I do apply also lecture based learning, individual based learning as well as group based learning which involves making inquiries from students on whether they are understanding the key points or whether they haven't understood, this results to positive results from students.
