Teaching is not an easy job. As a teacher I not only teach from books and make my students a book worm. I want them to learn from their daily experiences. Before starting a lecture I always do general discussion with my students about the topic and I allow them to speak. After completing any topic I ask general questions regarding our lecture. I always want neat and tidy notebooks with excellent hand writing. I always try to be a good friend to my students so they can learn easily with friendly environment
