I mostly delve in making more conversations with my students by drawing practical examples for better understanding of students. Learning is a two way process of communication and hence learning should never be confined in a lecture method. I also regularly evaluate my students on a daily basis, based on the previous day's lessons taught. I do help my students with their project work, I mainly describe ideas and encourage students to think by themselves which in turn gives them an impetus for better and advance thinking. I am looking forward to teach and share ideas and knowledge for an impactful development of my children.
