I'm a good teacher that believes in the academic capacity of every student. I'm aware that every student is unique therfore my teaching style is conducive and efficient for every learner. I'm aware that most learners do not like learning for several reasons but I, on the other hand, I'm able to accommodate every learner for who they are and also what they are able to do. I do not, whatever the cause, compare a student I teach to another student because I'm aware of the repercussions that come with that. I believe that every student has the ability to make it despite the background they may come from . I support and listen to my students since I don't believe in the autocratic style of leadership but I do love endorsing even the laiseress faire style of leadership and even the democratic style of leadership so that learners are able to be as free and be amicable with me as swiftly as possible really.
