At first, I start with the quote that the art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery. Education is not the filling of pail, but the lighting of a fire. I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic and respectful. I would describe my teaching style as couching. I will help my students to develop their abilities. I just try to prepare my students better for the challenges. I simply try my best with each student. I will explain the subject from basics to the next level. In my view everything needs a strong foundation. I mainly focus on a basics. If you are clear with the basics, you can easily solve the advanced problems. I adapt my teaching style in order to cater for everyone and make the material as interesting as possible. I like to use group exercises, colorful PowerPoint slides and even videos where possible to demonstrate my learning points. My teaching methodology is to make each training session as interactive as possible. I believe that an interactive curriculum is more memorable.I use tactics such as quiz and some other interesting games.
