Hai, I am Aparna. I am working as teacher right now and aspiring for better growth in teaching field.. I truly belief in modern teaching methodologies and stick to traditional teaching methods in certain core areas of the subject.. Tuition just serves a help to understand the concepts in subject, and it happens only when the child has basic knowledge in previous classes.. When the base is not ready it damages the building.. Likewise education also, when the base is strong we can make the roof.. So i strongly belief in moulding the basics of knowledge and build the top. Find out the real problem in learning and give guidance correctly. May be due to lack of addition or mathematical skill which child needs to acquire in low classes. So just start from grass root level and make maths better. Likewise every subject.. Concept learning in science makes the theories strong.. Traditional method is necessary in learning alphabets and numbers. After making the base strong we can learn more words and build the language skills using new techniques.
