As a teacher I will use different styles and methodologies so as to ensure good performance of the students in the class or online teaching.First of all i will use styles such as;
Methods of asking questions; as we know the questions during the lesson can measure the capacity or how the student is understood the lesson well and clear also i will ensure the methods of coorperation between students,students and teacher by the it will open the minds of the students were by each student could get exposure because they use to interact and exchange knowledge.
