A dedicated public health physician and Telehealth specialist in Uganda practicing preventive and primary health care medicine in public sector, private setting and thru Telehealth. Leveraging the power of Health Information Technology {HIT} including Telehealth, and other platforms to provide health care services, continued education and trainings to the community thru online learning, tutoring/teachings, internet research and so on.
