Introduction.
I am a dedicated, supportive and results- driven educator who is passionate about fostering inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Teaching style.
I am a facilitator and delegator who promotes hybrid and socratic teaching styles embedded with active learning.

Teaching methodology.
Without a doubt, student- centered approach to learning is the way to go.This is achieved through incorporating different methodologies in instruction.Emphasis being building a hands-on approach to learning, use of group discussions, projects, problem solving, gamifications, simulations and field excursions.
In addition, being an internet tech savvy, expert in Ms office and proficient in technology, I facilitate student- centered e- learning by intergrating inductive and counterintuitive approaches to introduce new concepts, using puzzle- based quizzes and utilizing graphic tablets.

Philosophy.
My philosophy on teaching and learning is that learners are myriad and bring forth varied set of skills which are all special in education and the world in general. This uniqueness means they have different potential and hence they can be actualized by giving all learners equal opportunities. I believe in creating an opportunity for all learners to share their ideas and be risk takers.
