I like the leaner centred approach method.. my style is explaining to the students first then give short notes once the students understand.. based on my teaching method and style, I have seen most students whom have taught excel well and what makes me a great teacher is my commitment to deliver the best and also my passion for the job. I also like encouraging learners that they can make it then after teaching I like giving questions on what we tackle each day then I take time to go through with them
