My teaching styles include Lectures Brainstorming Participatory Class Discussions Case studies Group works and Individual assignments feed back and corrections Theater for Development Experience sharing Provision of class notes and guides Community visits and exposure among others.
Results: Some students have set up their own business to fight poverty in their households, Gender Based Violence has also reduced among students, they treat each other with respect and also report GBV cases at the Institute, University and within surrounding communities.
What makes me a great teacher is the level at which learners understand the discussions and provide clear and relevant examples during discussions, Positive Change of Student behavior and putting in practice what has been learnt after they have left the University/Institute.
