Hi, good people! In my opinion, every learner can study and produce new things anywhere they choose. All they need is appropriate leadership that fosters a culture of safety, respect, and support for all. I employ a range of instructional strategies, such as group projects, lectures, discussions, and practical exercises. Additionally, I'm dedicated to adapting my teaching to each student's unique needs. I make every effort to make sure that my pupils receive the right advice and assistance since I have a huge societal obligation to do so.

I believe practising is the greatest way to learn. To engage my pupils and support their development of critical thinking abilities, I employ inquiry-based teaching techniques such as problem-based learning, project-based learning, and others. Additionally, I incorporate technology into my lessons to improve them and make them more engaging.

In my previous teaching position, my students passed with good marks in board exams. My students also consistently gave me high marks on their evaluations, praising my teaching style, my ability to connect with them, and my commitment to their success.

I am passionate about teaching and I love seeing my students learn and grow. I am also a good listener and able to build a good rapport with my students. I am always looking for new ways to improve my teaching and committed to providing my students with the best possible education.

    The government of Bangladesh has taken a great initiative to engage volunteers for "Sustainable Tourism" from the community with the technical guidance from United Nations Volunteer, Bangladesh. Here I was working as the lead of this project to coordinate the volunteers all over the Khulna Division from different districts.
