This is Manahil I believe that student only don't want teacher but a person who can assist and help them to grow in academic areas and its not bounded to their academics but also to be much inspirational that would the student to believe there are good teacher also exist who understand them as I am psychology student doing it from Bahria university I do help my students in their academic areas by giving them their space and allow them to share their thoughts and ideas with me openly and in this way my students accomplish their mission.My methodology of teaching is vary from student to student how they want me to teach them and also vary to student grasping potential
