My Teaching Methodology is Bit Different. It May Seems Awkward to the Viewers but very Effective in Nature. Some Teachers without Trying to Understand the Capability of the Students Lays Burden upon their Shoulder and Fails to Get it Done. I, Instead Interact with the Student, Try to Understand Him Mentally and then Lay the Burden Accordingly. Also, I Keep on Getting the Notes Prepared for them and by them incase they need to Put it Down Surprising. A Test Every Weekend will be Conducted with Remarks followed by Showing their Mistakes and Correcting them, Motivating Them to Do Better Nest Time.
