I being teacher who crossed the age of being student and struggle we go through due to lack of acknowledgement and may be due to how we cherished during that period.only thing that I assure is 💯 of my efforts will be equal to 💯 of students struggle,to make sure that kids or the right way of their so called goalsl.encapulung the students brain with nourishment of knowledge instead by threat that to now a days a head.so I prefer nonviolence method of educating for the betterment of students approach towards their career.subject accumulation is one of the prime factor that provides various ways for the kid to race after the competative fields,so I transformed my method of teaching with reference of the students needs and their welfare.if I being inyour community make sure to run after the educational synthesis and association structure.get along well with students approach and higher authorities are to be kept in mind so as to recognise both needs of students and fulfillment of educating system.to make it last longing for my part being in this community make the set up enhance interns of both development of the system and students acknowledgement
