I talk to a students according to his understanding, mind abilities, and try to explain it to friendly, so that the students can understand our point well, if he does not understand from anywhere, he can ask us without hesitation. If the student does not understand from anywhere, then we should show the practice so that's easy to understand. And most importantly hour behaviour should be good because a good teacher is the one who has a good attitude. And teach the students as well as take the test so that it can be improved by removing it's shortcomings.
