I prefer one on one sessions with each student which helps me understand their learning ability as two students are not alike, their learning methods will vary from one another. Moreover, I tend to create a friendly environment where students are not only taught academics but rather learning is made more enjoyable and fun. With my unique teaching methods students can learn new things with ease and this helps them to shape their future careers. I observe and evaluate every student in detail to improve their academic performance, progress and behavior. I have successfully build good relationships with students which has made them less hesitant and shy in asking questions. With my teaching approach I have successfully yielded satisfying results from my students and they have topped their classes with the content I have provided them for learning. Furthermore, my teaching is based on lecture-based learning and each student gets equal opportunity to question their queries about the lessons. This helps them to engage with material, comprehend it and remember it more easily. I encourage my students to make notes during the lectures this helps improve their writing speed and strengthen their speaking and writing skills.
