I have a passion in teaching and listening to students. I teach using pictorials and diagrams. Give examples of realities. Give daily drilling of shortforms and difficult words. Assignments at the end of every topic for drilling. Developing shortand speeds from the beginning. Business courses and strategic management are taught by giving assignments for practical understanding of today's world and the dynamics of doing the business and developing the strategic plans, government and other institutions of work. Leadership is key to me and thus starts from ones self when I teach. Research is taught step by step as you write it yourself. Results are provided to students after every topic and improvement strategies discussed on a weekly basis. Targets are set from the beginning of each subject being taught. Assignments are marked on time and given back to students. Syllabus is covered before time and revision given priority for preparation of the exams. Availability is key thus I keep time and teach to the agreed full time for the student. Always available unless on unavoidable circumstances. Encourage students to work hard for better results.
