I hold a first degree and a Ph.D in the bioinformatics field. As an accomplished bioinformaticist with over many years of experience in the field of bioinformatics research. I have a proven record in publication and published 29 high impact papers.
I have great skills in a variety of bioinformatics analyses such as transcriptome, whole genome, exon, metagenomics, and bacterial genome analysis. I am also able to create a pipeline with programming languages like Python, Perl, and R.
I am also familiar with statistic analysis as I am currently also a Bioinformatics and statistic lecturer at the university level. I have experience in using SPSS, Excel, Python and R.
