I believe in a learner-based teaching where learning is biased to the learner and I as a facilitator act as a catalyst to the learning process. Research is also key in my teaching as it allows more and diverse exposure to the language. Presentations also fortify learners prowess and confidence. Exercises after each learning session boost retention.Quizes and assessments are equally essential as tools of measurement of learning progress. Tailor-made classes and assessments for every learner since people are different. Use of simulation activities to make learning more fun and productive.
