I am an English teacher from last three years and the main focus of my teaching is to make the student comfortable and relax so the student will learn more quickly and can easily communicate with the teacher without any fear.I have good language skills.I prefer to make a lesson plan with different activities that are necessary for different learning styles and levels .I am being flexible and adoptable to meet the students needs and adjust teaching strategies according to the students.In the last the student,s assessment and evaluation is very necessary. I assessed students progress through various forms of evaluation such as tests, assignments,projects and providing timely feedback to the parents
