    • Performed Radio Network KPI monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting to find the Common factors and narrow down the issue 2G or 3G and 4G or All Networks 2G, 3G & 4G networks.
    • Escalated performance degradations and alarms to Field operations and facilitated speedy rectification of such issues, verified by KPI monitoring and Drive test.
    • Monitoring GSM, UMTS, and LTE Network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for accessibility, retainability, mobility, and resource utilization areas through Huawei performance monitoring systems.
    • Prepared configuration data files for the commissioning of new sites and conducted testing of radio performance for the newly integrated sites by performing Single Site Verifications.
    • Adapting new RF parameter changes for Radio performance to improve the network.
    • Done some capacity troubleshooting. Check the current configurations and verify if the threshold is exceeding Check the PRB Utilization >90% if both are satisfied we expand the capacity.
    • Identification of advanced cell optimization strategies in 2G,3G, and 4G parameter-based optimization.
    • Checked the Service Quality Dashboard and identify the LTE sleeping cells LTE high PRB Cells 2G sleeping cells and 3G sleeping cells and arrange to rectify issues with the help of NPA and Regional operations teams.
    • Deploy the Galle and Kalutara cluster L2.1 by looking at the requirements.
    • Responsible for site and cluster optimization via proper frequency planning (RF planning is done by reusing allocated frequencies to the mobile network), retuning and RF parameter changing.
    • Planned coverage/capacity/Quality enhancements for special events and followed up the implementation process such as Modara Dewalaya Perahara Ambalangoda.
