Hiring me on their satisfaction, teaching style and methodology. I love to use board to elaborate my lecture with examples. I take quiz on daily base and weekly test to check the performance of students, with that I also check my efforts, how they are impacting on students. Punctuality is also a way of best teaching methodology. These are the things which makes me a good teacher.
