I am teaching chemistry in government sector for last 7 years. Alhamdulilah my results are always above board results. I am focused firstly on passing, then to get good percentage and last but not least on A+ grade. I am trying to cover the objective part of paper first then move to the subjective part. By preparing the objective part most of the students get 60-70℅. While delivering the lectures I also tell the students that which part of the topic will prepare for objective part and which part is for subjective type. I am also using tricks to memorizing the most toughest part of the question
