I majorly employs variety of styles of teaching entailing probing with inovative concepts that encompasses use of audiovisual presentations. Teaching method that i consider most is discussion and lectures. i as well employs demonstration and simulation if possible. The methods have been of great success and result oriented . i do evaluate my student within the learning process as well as at the end of the process. There is always open discussion in my lectures and that form part of my evaluation. in regard i feel i deliver adequately and a great teacher who con work within the constraints of time to deliver the best. i have received variety of appreciation inlign of perfoming my duty deligently.

    Teach all assigned subjects to all groups of students.
    Evaluate academic progress of students, record findings and devise action plans where necessary
    Utilize a variety of teaching methods to meet the individual learning needs of students
    Act as an examiner/assessor for students
    Participate in clinical teaching and evaluating students in the clinical areas

    the fee can vary based on content being covered and time of the day. majorly on weekends and night time i charge relatively low fee . For certain complex content i charge slightly high fee
