If a students hire to me i will hard work to them i will focus to my work that students can easily percept my language and written style.as well as i focus to students psychology that they are interested or not may they have face some problem.so it is a duty to teacher that he/she solve the problem of the students.and being a teacher should be polite and soft vernaculer.And the teacher should be help to poor kids.And after this the students will be take interested.So were these some ideas which we have share with you .And after this the teacher shoul be contact to student parents.the teacher shoulad aware the parent to weak and good activities about the students.and afeter this the teacher should listen a stories to students.And the teacher arrange the parties in the class.then the teacher make afri friendly enviroment in thre class.
