My way of teaching is make the students easily understand the topics
If the student is weak i put more efforts to make him understand and learn the lessons

On regular basis i conduct tests and showed to parents their results as they should also know the progress of the child that is very compulsory

If the child is not comfortable in any way of teaching they can say me .so that i can choose another way to make them to understand

My way of teaching is children should not only remember the lessons question answer but should understand the meaning also
