Hi, I am Teacher Aila and I am an educator with ten years of fulfilled teaching experience.

I was able to taught students from the youngest of age until those who are adult professionals like me. What I consider one of my greatest asset as an educator is how I put empathy and connection at the heart of my learning journey with a student. As an educator, I make sure to work alongside and with upmost consideration of what my students need in various domains in their lives; not only academically wise.
I engage not only with the students themselves but also with their families and guardians and create a harmonious and collaborative working relationship with them with a common goal of enriching students to be more comfortable in their learning journey in the long run.
