In my classes, I always try to explain the concept mostly on the basis of practicals. Because practical knowledge is an easier way to understand the concept.
By doing this I was succeeded to make an improvement in those who don't even like those subjects.
I am both gentle and strict to my students to maintain the bond of teacher and student.
I'm always available to my students and ex students also, whenever they need me.
I am good in observing the weaknesses of the students wheather tell me or not I know the way to find that. This makes me a great teacher.
