A highly motivated and organized individual with 10+ years of academic experience and skilled leadership to maintain productivity and quality of service. My experience teaching phonics to engineering students has taught me strategies for working with students of all ages and abilities, always with a smile. In my ten years of experience as an academician, I have developed strong motivation and the ability to present the subject matter in a simplified manner before students. To me, a good teacher is one who not only has a sound knowledge of the course he is teaching and has up-to-date information about the subject, but also helps the students learn how to reason about concepts, be analytical thinkers, and be able to perform well while doing team work. I will bring not only experience but also patience and creative problem-solving, to this position.
