I have taught science for the last 30 yrs and acquired a certificate in kcpe results having attained 2rd position in the district. I attained a distinction in the teaching of science practice course.
In. my teaching I aim at instilling the seven CBC competencies in. my learners,

Digital literacy
In my teaching I facilitate learning and engage the learner actively. I usually use question and answer method discussion. guidance explanation. and brainstorming methods in teaching I assess my learners after every substrand I teach.. and give them work during the leson.. After the end of a strand I give them assessment to evaluate and find out if I achieved t specific objective of the stranf. I too record the performance of the learner to monitor the progress of the learner. I give them notes as I teach and ensure that they write nearly and clearly. In between lessons I give my learners breaks and I strive to cultivate good teacher pupil relationship. I call my learners by their names.

    I was a Science and Maths teacher.. handling the subjects across.. from cgrade 4 to 8, a guidance and counseling teacher.. Secretary to science pannel and in charge of health in the school.
