This is Md.Azharul Islam. I have completed my post graduation from university Dhaka. My academic background is psychology. I have strong academic background and long teaching experience. Besides these I have provided mental health counseling. I did obtain GPA-5 in my SSC and HSC.My academic result on psychology was excellent.I have provided sheet, material,topic notes, class notes & preparing question and suggestion that help students to get desired score. My focus is how student can maintain focus on study and prepare themselves on motivation,descipline life, confidence, self esteem. I have followed different teaching method like learning, problem based learning,cooperative learning,role playing, lecture.My counseling experience help me to build up rapport with my students and easily communicate with parents.From my teaching experience I have worked with feedback and guidance method where I can work with feedback and give guidance to students for better understanding about students perfromance and evaluation.I have experienced to use specific skills to extend psychological knowledge that help my student to increase their analogy and intelligence.Psychology is a different arena which guide students how to create idea and boost up confidence.I am also ielts academic trainer. I have got 6 in my ielts exam.
