Hi, I am Nazia from India,
a passionate Yoga Trainer (Level-3) holding prestigious Registered Yoga Teacher certification from world's oldest institute of Yoga, Accredited by Yoga Alliance USA.
I have taught yogic poses and concepts to 1000+ students in a decade.
I specialise in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Restorative yoga and Power yoga, my sessions include Breathwork, relaxation and powerful meditation techniques as well.
I have taught yoga to kids and ladies with certain health issues like hypothyroidism, obesity, breast cancer, diabetes, acute arthritis and pcod.
My classes are scheduled as per the needs of clients and apart from physical fitness we work to make our mind stronger, focussed and stress free.
