I have a working experience of 8 years in my field of expertise (English) and offer interactive lessons.I always ensure to meet deadlines when it comes to online assignments.To make my lessons interactive,I always start from what the learner knows about the content.Sometimes I introduce play-based learning for my learners to explore the world and the use of key-inquiry questions to help the learner focus on learning.I also blend the learning experience with pedagogical approaches such as problem based learning,inquiry based learning and experiential learning.My goal is to bring out the best of the 21st century learner who is globally aware,is a communicator, problem solver, critical thinker,literate in information and media,innovator and self-directed.Apart from only delivering the right content,I make sure that the values of education are instilled in a learner such as love,respect, responsibility,unity,patriotism,peace,integrity and social justice.
