Hi! My name is Cande, i'm a passionate biology student, but also I'm a Hatha vinyasa, power, aerial yoga and stretching instructor form Argentina. I have 5 years of experience teaching off and online.What really got me into yoga was the way it can connect body and mind in a powerful way. I just love the way I feel after the stretching, strengthening and breathing! I feel like everyone should be doing it regularly in some form. Then the world would be more peaceful over all and people happier in general!
I started practicing yoga at age of 18 after 11 years studying at a dance school, searching for an holistic discipline. It made me feel so good that i wanted to share it with more people.
Today I continue training as a professional by studying different courses and workshops.
I hope we can chat and know each other, i want to know what you enjoy of practicing yoga or, if you are just starting, what turned on your curiosity. That way we can create a comfy space full of consciousness and professionalism.
