My work require creating space for traditional learning as well as incorporation of contemporary ideas. I like to focus on body movements and stylizing movements. Rooting to the idea of Kathak and how it is a great way to communicate through movements is what I focus on. Expressions ( abhinaya ) and various patterns are the core of Kathak. My way to get through this space is to communicate to my students and practice various exercises to focus on movements and an individual's thought process to become more creative. Learning Kathak makes one a conscious learner and adaptive to various patterns of behaviour and emotions. I personally enjoy teaching and sharing ideas. I'm a pretty fun teacher!

    My work is to creat a space for traditional learning and work on body movements as well as filling void of space with ideas and movements. I freelance and practice Kathak professionally and as an educator I like to teach how to communicate through movements. My work also requires good understanding of Indian classical music which I personally like to give more stress on for better understanding of Kathak as a dance form.

    This subject contains theory as well as practical. Students are usually invested in practical learning if one demands theoretical knowledge then the fee would vary a little.
